The RICS Home Survey – Level 2

Intended for traditional houses, flats and bungalows, the level 2 report is clear and concise and the surveyor will apply condition ratings to elements of the building identifying whether defects are serious or urgent. A valuation and reinstatement cost for insurance purposes can also be provided as an optional extra to the survey report.

The surveyor will provide you with information that will help you make a reasoned and informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property, what repairs and replacements are needed and what advice to take before exchanging contracts.
