The RICS Home Survey – Level 3

The Report will provide you with a description of visible defects and potential problems caused by hidden flaws. Condition ratings will be provided to each element of the property. The report will outline repair options and the likely consequences of inactivity. It will also provide advice for your legal advisers and details of any serious risks and dangerous conditions.

The survey can be tailored to your own requirements and includes a full range of descriptive photographs. The Building survey does not include a valuation, however this can be included as an extra option.
